LITTLE
FENWAY
Little Fenway was constructed in 2001 by original owner Pat O’Connor and a bunch of his friends. It is the epicenter of the Little Fenway complex where SLAMT1D wiffle ball tournaments have raised millions of dollars since 2011 for those living with T1D (type 1 diabetes). The field is highlighted by its Green Monster, illuminated Citgo sign, right field bullpen and bleachers. SLAMT1D purchased the complex in 2022 and has been adding new features and upgrades each year since.
LITTLE
WRIGLEY
Completed in 2007, Little Wrigley has all the features that make that Chicago place so special: painted brick wall, real ivy, centerfield scoreboard and clock, the “W” flag and Ron Santo’s#10 banner. Santo had T1D. In 2025 thanks to Mountain Air Systems, a left field Sponsors Display Board was erected on the left field wall.
LITTLE
FIELD OF DREAMS
Little Field of Dreams is the third field built in the Little Fenway Complex, completed in 2014. In 2022, SLAMT1D added the Farmhouse façade and Announcers’ Porch and has since added lighting around the entire field. Each year on the Saturday prior to the Summer Classic, a volunteer crew led by Larry Riegert transplants over 1,400 stalks of corn from the Conant Farm to form its iconic outfield wall.
LITTLE
YANKEE
Little Yankee was constructed in 2024. The field is inspired by the renovated version of the “old” Stadium of 1976 that endured until 2008. Its centerfield is the deepest of the four fields at the Little Fenway complex and has its own Section 39 Right Field Bleachers for its own wiffle ball Bleacher Creatures. An operating bullpen door in left-center field was built with hopes one day the world’s greatest reliever will join the Summer Classic.
