SLAMT1D Scholarships

SLAMT1D provides scholarships to student-athletes with T1D entering college. Student-athletes may apply for scholarships for the 2026-27 academic year. Scholarship awards will be issued based on available funds, with the scholarships ranging between $500-$1,000.

Requirements:

The applicant has been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes
The applicant is currently enrolled in high school as a graduating Senior or home-schooled as a Senior rising to Freshman in college.
US citizens & permanent residents (US or PR students)
Planning to attend a 4-year university, a community college, or a technical school in the Fall of 2024/Spring 2025
